Back on October 14, 2016, just four weeks before the American voters lost their minds and elected Donald Trump president, Time Magazine reported this:<\/p>\n

\u2018CNN uncovered<\/a> a 2004 interview with Donald Trump<\/a> and Howard Stern in which the two men discuss Lohan, who was 18 at the time. The men talk about Lohan\u2019s appearance and how \u201cwrecked\u201d and \u201ctroubled\u201d she was at the time. Stern asked<\/a> Trump, \u201cCan you imagine the sex with this troubled teen?\u201d Obviously, Trump could. He responded, \u201cShe\u2019s probably deeply troubled and therefore great in bed. How come the deeply troubled women, you know, deeply, deeply troubled, they\u2019re always the best in bed?\u201d\u2019<\/i><\/p>\n

Lohan was 18 at the time Trump said that, going on to complain about her freckles, which he apparently found unattractive.<\/p>\n

Oddly, Lohan was supporter of Trump in the early days of the new administration, telling a British outlet, \u201cI don’t agree with his policies and the things that he’s doing, but at the end of the day he is the president right now, so what’s the point in picking on someone instead of just seeing what they’re capable of or not capable of?\u201d However, aside from some mild trolling in 2017 that Trump might want to talk to the website Lohan was shilling for\u2014lawyers.com\u2014she hasn\u2019t spoken about him since.<\/p>\n

The same CNN article went on to disclose another statement by Trump that partially previews one of Trump\u2019s more bizarre statements in 2025: that he wanted to strip Rosie O\u2019Donnell of her citizenship.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn a later interview with Stern in February 2007, Trump, then best known for NBC reality show <\/i>The Apprentice<\/i><\/em>, also made derogatory remarks about longtime nemesis Rosie O’Donnell.<\/i><\/p>\n

“I’d pay a lot of money for that not to happen,” Trump responded to Stern asking whether he would reconcile with Rosie O’Donnell if she performed a sex act on him. “That’s one of the most unattractive people,” he said.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n

As support for Trump continues to crumble amongst his once-adoring fans, I\u2019m hearing, more and more, \u201cWe had no idea\u2026\u201d No idea he was dishonest. No idea he was authoritarian. No idea he was a chauvinistic pig. No idea he was a thief. No idea he was the monster he really is.<\/p>\n

The other day on Facebook, I wrote to one person who was astounded that a contractor refused to do business after seeing a Trump sign on the property, \u201cIt’s no longer \u2018just politics\u2019; if you still support Trump at this point, it speaks to what sort of person you are, your principles, your decency.\u201d <\/span>I was nice enough to refrain from pointing out that the Trumpkins on the Supreme Court had upheld the right of business owners to refuse to do business because of sexual preference, or political opinion. <\/span><\/p>\n

I have no use for the \u201cno idea\u201d people. We\u2019ve known for many, many years exactly what Trump was. He is not only the most hated man in America, but he may just be the most hated man in American history. There\u2019s a coffee cup design that\u2019s popular right now: shows a jaundiced-looking cat above the caption, \u201cIs He Dead Yet?\u201d Nobody ever needs to ask to whom the cat is referring. Hint: It isn\u2019t Jon Arbuckle. <\/span><\/p>\n

I\u2019ve had people tell me with a perfectly straight face that before Trump entered politics, he was wildly popular and beloved by all, and he sacrificed all that to serve the people. No, really.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/a>Clear back in 1987\u2014yes, 38 years ago!–Trump was cannon fodder for notable comic strips such as Bloom County (Berkeley Breathed) and Doonesbury (Garry Trudeau). I\u2019ve included a couple of copyright violations here, for which I hope to propitiate by linking to Trudeau\u2019s marvelous collection, \u201cYuge!: 30 Years of Doonesbury on Trump (Volume 37)<\/a>\u201d<\/p>\n

1987. That was before Trump\u2019s disgraceful calls for the executions of the Central Park Five and before when Trump repeated that demand after the five had been exonerated. That was before Marla Maples, and the squalor of his life revealed. It was before 9\/11, before he mocked a disabled reporter, before he raped E. Jean Carroll, and before he became America\u2019s maddest, most vicious, and possibly final President.<\/p>\n

In a more recent 1991 sequence, Trudeau had his vacuous TV personality\/reporter Roland Hedley interviewing on-the-street New Yorkers about Trump\u2019s hoped-for financial demise. \u201cCurious locals have gathered on the street!\u201d he intones. \u201cTell me, sir\u2014what will you miss about The Donald\u2019s lifestyle?\u201d Interviewee One replies \u201cHard to say. There so much that\u2019s repellent about the guy, the boasting, the piggish consumption, the squalid personal life\u2026\u201d Interviewee two interrupts, \u201cHow about the hideous d\u00e9cor of his casinos?\u201d \u201cNah,\u201d One replies, \u201cWho cares about d\u00e9cor? His squalid personal life was the most offensive thing about him!\u201d \u201cIt was not! The worst was the hideous d\u00e9cor!\u201d The crowd breaks out in a \u201cTastes great!\u201d \u201cLess filling!\u201d-type chant while Roland grins at the viewpoint and says, \u201cNew Yawkers! They never agree! What are you gonna do, Peter?\u201d<\/p>\n

In one panel, the crowd is shouting \u201cJUMP! JUMP! JUMP!\u201d and Roland says, \u201cPeter, the excitement is palpable here tonight\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

Donald Trump is a morally bankrupt pig, and he always has been. If you don\u2019t believe that, you are either a massive fool or there is something very deeply wrong with you.<\/p>\n

And he\u2019s only gotten worse, and is a greater danger to all of us.<\/p>\n

If you think it\u2019s still \u201cjust politics\u201d I don\u2019t know you. I don\u2019t want to know you. You\u2019re disgusting.<\/p>\n
